Items Via All the Web
To locate items on a particular topic via All the Web: Advanced Search:
1: Click on all of the words (located under Search All The Web, All the Time) and change it to the exact phrase.
2: In the search box directly below Search All The Web, All the Time type a topic (e.g., attention deficit disorder, developmental play, project approach, etc.). Topics should generally be three words or less, the fewer the better.
3: Click on Should include (located under Word Filters) and change it to Must include.
4: Type kindergarten in the box to the right of the first Must include.
6: Scroll down to Domain Filters and Type .edu in the Only include box located under Domain Filters.
7: Scroll down to Result Presentation and click on 10 and change it to 100.
6: Select Search (located in the lower right hand corner of the screen).
7: If the search yields too few and/or unsatisfactory lesson items select Back and eliminate .edu from the Only include box located under Domain Filters and then reenter the search by selecting Search.
